Bell Pepper Nachos
Ingredients
- Any color bell peppers (sliced into rings)
- Ground beef or turkey (cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning)
- Shredded cheese
- Salsa
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt (for dipping)
Directions
- Arrange the bell pepper rings on a plate or baking sheet.
- Spoon the cooked ground meat into each bell pepper ring.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat.
- Broil in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Serve with salsa and a side of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
