Giving Forward: Employee of the Month

Employee of the Month programs are a wonderful way to say thank you to a company ambassador that is exceeding expectations within the company culture and job requirements.

South Michigan Food Bank would like to be a part of that culture and create a “Giving Forward” movement. Philanthropy and a positive culture go hand in hand; why not extend that hand to an open one by giving back to the community.

How It Works

Add South Michigan Food Bank to your Employee of the Month process.

1. Recognize
Select an Employee of the Month and recognize their achievement by making a donation to the South Michigan Food Bank in the recipients’ name.
2. Share
Provide a brief story about the employee and the funds donated in their name to be featured on the South Michigan Food Bank’s website, social media and the “Giving Forward” wall of honor.
3. Hightlight
Present the South Michigan Food Bank during employee orientation. Arrange for a representative from the South Michigan Food Bank to attend as necessary.
