With 2025 we have seen a lot of changes, and we know there are a lot of questions and concerns. We will keep you updated as we gain information on any and all Federal programming changes.
Recently $4.3 million dollars of product was removed from distribution in Michigan, an estimated 2.5 million pounds of food. 400,000 pounds have been cancelled for South Michigan Food Bank, scheduled to arrive from April – October, that is estimated at approximately 3.5% of our overall distribution.
While we are holding steady for now, we are being mindful and remain diligent with our resources, continuing to distribute at capacity levels.
We know these challenging times affect everyone, please know we are standing tall together and appreciate you, and all the hard work you do every day!

Ordering Process
Determine amount of gallons, type of milk (Whole, 2% or Skim), & frequency of pick up that will work best for your agency.
Call the Food Bank at (269) 964-3663, ask for Ann or Michelle to place the milk order for your agency. Orders are due by 5pm Wednesday for the following Wednesday.
