Cooking Methods

Try hating your tortillas with these methods.

Stovetop: Heat a pan over medium heat. Place tortillas in the pan and heat 60 seconds per side until warm

Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wrap tortillas in foil and heat for 10-15 minutes.

Microwave: Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30-60 seconds.

Seasonings

Tortillas can be used in many ways. Adject the seasoning to fit how you are using the tortilla. Try cilantro, parsley, or oregano for wraps or quesadillas. Try cinnamon + sugar, honey or maple syrup, or cocoa powder + sugar for dessert tortillas.

Storage & Preservation

Corn and flour tortillas can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Store them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh longer. To freeze, separate tortillas with parchment or wax paper to prevent sticking. Stack and wrap them in plastic wrap or foil. Freeze up to 6-8 months.
