Easy Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese or green plain yogurt
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 5 flour tortillas
  • ½ cup chopped ham or lunch meat slices
  • 1 cup spinach

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese or yogurt, ranch mix, and shredded cheese together.
  2. Spread ⅕ of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla in a ¼-inch layer.
  3. Add ham and spinach. Roll each tortilla tight to make sure the cream cheese binds the tortilla together.
  4. Place in the refrigerator until fully chilled, about 1-2 hours.
  5. Cut each tortilla into ½ inch wheels and serve.
