How I got to the Food Bank
When I was let go from my previous job, I really wasn’t looking for a job in the non-profit sector. I wanted to get back into the for-profit world, hopefully in the golf industry (which is a passion of mine). One day I was applying for jobs and I saw this ad for an accounting manager for a nonprofit. Next thing I know I’m talking with the CEO. He said something during that first meeting which made me think, I really know this is the organization that I want to be a part of. I knew that my previous experience could help the organization and here I am.

I love the passion and enthusiasm of the employees and what the mission is.
