One of Johnny’s Markets’ values is “Be neighborly,” and by partnering with South Michigan Food Bank to feed our neighbors experiencing food insecurity, that value is lived out.
Each quarter, members of Johnny’s Markets’ operations team volunteer their time to pack fresh food boxes at SMFB. Additionally, each fall, Johnny’s Markets participates in the Shell Giving Pump Program, where proceeds from every gallon sold at each designated Giving Pump are donated to a local children’s organization. This year, 33 Johnny’s Markets locations will be giving to South Michigan Food Bank’s Backpack Program to help end childhood hunger.
