Tempeh “Bacon”
Ingredients
- 1 block tempeh, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
- Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, and paprika. Marinate the tempeh strips for 20 minutes.
- Pan fry the slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy.
- Use in sandwiches, salads, breakfast dishes, and more!
