Tempeh “Bacon”

Ingredients
  • 1 block tempeh, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
  1. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, and paprika. Marinate the tempeh strips for 20 minutes.
  2. Pan fry the slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy.
  3. Use in sandwiches, salads, breakfast dishes, and more!
