Radish Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 lb radishes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ cup dill
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Trim and thinly slice the radishes and cucumbers.
  2. Chop the dill and mince the garlic.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the radishes and cucumbers and coat them.
