Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves minced or 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut cauliflower into small florets and add to a large bowl.
  3. Toss with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour cauliflower onto a baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic over the cauliflower and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over top once finished.
