Greek Yogurt Marinade Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 juice of a lemon
  • 5 garlic cloves minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large ziplock bag, including the raw chicken. Seal the bag and let it sit in the fridge for 2-12 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  3. Place chicken in a single layer on a cooking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Then broil on high for 2-3 minutes.
