Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs fresh spinach
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ block cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. In a pan, heat butter and onion over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat slightly and add the garlic, heavy cream, cream cheese, and parmesan. Allow everything to soften and mix.
  3. Once everything is melted down, add the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
