Storage & Preservation

Store your fresh blueberries in the fridge in the crisper drawer. Avoid washing them until you are ready to use them to keep unwanted moisture away. To freeze blueberries, wash and dry them completely. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Once fully frozen, transfer them to a bag and keep frozen.
