Easy Blueberry Jam
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- In a saucepan, add the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt over medium heat. Stir frequently and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally while gently crushing some of the blueberries for 7-10 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes in the saucepan before transferring to a jar. Store in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before using.
