Easy Blueberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt over medium heat. Stir frequently and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally while gently crushing some of the blueberries for 7-10 minutes.
  3. Let cool for 5 minutes in the saucepan before transferring to a jar. Store in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before using.
