Cooking Methods
Roasting: Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast at 300-350°F for 8-15 minutes. Allow them to cool completely to crisp up.

Candying: Heat nuts in a pan over medium heat with sugar, honey, or maple syrup. Stir until sugar melts and coats nuts. Allow them to cool.
Seasonings
For a sweet flavor try cinnamon + sugar, maple syrup, brown sugar + nutmeg, or honey. For a savory flavor try salt + pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or chili powder.
Storage & Preservation
You can store nuts at room temperature or in the refrigerator. For room temperature, store nuts in an airtight container or bag and keep them in a cool, dark place. They will last for 1-3 months. For refrigeration, store the nuts in an airtight container or bag. They can last for 6-9 months this way.
