Almond Crusted Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted almonds
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp onion powder, paprika, and parsley
- ¼ tsp salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 lb chicken breast or cutlets
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Place the almonds on a cutting board and chop very finely. Add to a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Dip each cutlet into the egg then dip into the chopped almonds. Place the coated cutlets on a sheet pan.
- Bake the chicken for 18-20 minutes flipping the chicken halfway through.
