Almond Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted almonds
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp onion powder, paprika, and parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb chicken breast or cutlets

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Place the almonds on a cutting board and chop very finely. Add to a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Dip each cutlet into the egg then dip into the chopped almonds. Place the coated cutlets on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake the chicken for 18-20 minutes flipping the chicken halfway through.
