Roasted Nuts
Ingredients
- 4 cups of raw nuts (use a mixture of any kind)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the nuts in a large bowl. Add the oil, salt, garlic, paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Use a rubber spatula to mix everything together.
- Spread the nuts on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the nuts cool and crisp up for 20 minutes.
