Tofu Scramble (Egg alternative)

Ingredients
  • 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (try olive oil)
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup veggies (try spinach, tomato, or peppers)
  • Salt & pepper
Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the veggies until soft.
  2. Add the crumbled tofu, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring, until heated through. Serve in a similar style to scrambled eggs!
