Tofu Scramble (Egg alternative)
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (try olive oil)
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup veggies (try spinach, tomato, or peppers)
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the veggies until soft.
- Add the crumbled tofu, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring, until heated through. Serve in a similar style to scrambled eggs!
