Strawberry Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 ½ tsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1 pint of strawberries diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper diced
- ½ red onion diced
- ½ cup cilantro
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and salt. Stir in the strawberries, jalapeno, onion, and cilantro.
- Goes well with tortilla chips, or to top your favorite dish!
