Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- 2 lbs strawberries (remove stem)
- 4 cups sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
Directions
- In a bowl, mash the strawberries.
- In a sauce pan over low heat, add the mashed strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Keep stirring.
- Increase heat to high and bring to a boil, stirring often for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer jam to jars and refrigerate for 12-24 hours before using.
