Stir-Fries
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat of your choice
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (try broccoli, carrots, peppers, snap peas, or veggies of your choice)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil, olive oil, or cooking oil of your choice
- 1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger (fresh or powdered)
Directions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground meat until brown.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- Stir in the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Serve by itself, or over rice or noodles.
