Roasted Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1lb fresh radishes (remove stems, trim ends, and cut in half)
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter or oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves mixed or 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine the radishes, butter or oil, and seasonings (except minced garlic) in a bowl. Toss until the radishes are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the radishes into a single layer on a large baking sheet or dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
  5. Add the minced garlic after the first 10 minutes.
  6. Bake until the rashies are golden brown and can easily be pierced with a fork.
  7. Optional: serve with ranch!
