Roasted Radishes
Ingredients
- 1lb fresh radishes (remove stems, trim ends, and cut in half)
- 1 Tbsp melted butter or oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried parsley
- 2 garlic cloves mixed or 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine the radishes, butter or oil, and seasonings (except minced garlic) in a bowl. Toss until the radishes are evenly coated.
- Spread the radishes into a single layer on a large baking sheet or dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic after the first 10 minutes.
- Bake until the rashies are golden brown and can easily be pierced with a fork.
- Optional: serve with ranch!
