Radish Salsa
Ingredients
- 8-10 radishes (stems removed)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Mince the garlic and dice the jalapeno and radishes. Chop the cilantro.
- Add everything to a bowl and mix well.
- Allow salsa to sit in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
