Radish Salsa

Ingredients

  • 8-10 radishes (stems removed)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mince the garlic and dice the jalapeno and radishes. Chop the cilantro.
  2. Add everything to a bowl and mix well.
  3. Allow salsa to sit in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
