Radish Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb radishes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ cup dill
- 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Trim and thinly slice the radishes and cucumbers.
- Chop the dill and mince the garlic.
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add the radishes and cucumbers and coat them.
