Plum Crisp
Ingredients
- 12 plums pitted and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- ½ cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
- Spread the chopped plums evenly into the baking dish and sprinkle with ¼ cup sugar.
- Mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Stir in the egg and beat. Add this mixture over the plums. Drizzle with the melted butter.
- Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
