Plum Crisp

Ingredients

  • 12 plums pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread the chopped plums evenly into the baking dish and sprinkle with ¼ cup sugar.
  3. Mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Stir in the egg and beat. Add this mixture over the plums. Drizzle with the melted butter.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
