Pickled Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup onions (sliced thin)
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 dried bay leaves
  • 4 peeled garlic cloves

Directions

  1. In a clean jar, add onions, garlic, and bay leaves.
  2. Add the vinegar and brown sugar.
  3. Close the jar and shake it well.
  4. Store in the refrigerator. They will be done pickling in about 2 hours.
