Pickled Radishes
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of radishes (sliced thin)
- 1 cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup onions (sliced thin)
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 dried bay leaves
- 4 peeled garlic cloves
Directions
- In a clean jar, add onions, garlic, and bay leaves.
- Add the vinegar and brown sugar.
- Close the jar and shake it well.
- Store in the refrigerator. They will be done pickling in about 2 hours.
