Pear Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 pear diced
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or container and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Eat cold or warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
