Pear Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 pear diced
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a jar or container and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Eat cold or warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
