Oven Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs red, gold, or russet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp any type of dried herbs (thyme, parsley, basil, Italian seasoning)
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Scrub the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender.
