Orange Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby carrots or whole peeled and cut carrots
  • ¼ cup juice from an orange
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, boiling until tender. Drain and return to the pan.
  2. Pour orange juice over the carrots and mix. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, butter, and salt. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
