Orange Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrots or whole peeled and cut carrots
- ¼ cup juice from an orange
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, boiling until tender. Drain and return to the pan.
- Pour orange juice over the carrots and mix. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, butter, and salt. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
