Easy Oven Roasted Parmesan Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 minced garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place washed and trimmed asparagus into a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add to a baking dish in a single layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle it with lemon juice before serving.
