Easy Nut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 cup of nut butter of choice
- 1 cup crushed walnut or other type
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup honey
Directions
- Mix oats, nut butter, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, and honey in a bowl with a mixer or use a wooden spoon. Add more honey if the mixture is not holding together.
- Shape mixture into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate until firm for 1 hour.
