Easy Nut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of nut butter of choice
  • 1 cup crushed walnut or other type
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup honey

Directions

  1. Mix oats, nut butter, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, and honey in a bowl with a mixer or use a wooden spoon. Add more honey if the mixture is not holding together.
  2. Shape mixture into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Refrigerate until firm for 1 hour.
