Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 green onion chopped
- 8 eggs
- Optional: fully cooked bacon pieces
- ¼ milk
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch onion powder
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 8 oz shredded cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil
- Place chopped bell peppers and onions into a bowl. Add the eggs, bacon, milk, and seasonings. Sprinkle in the cheese. Mix everything together.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
