Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 8 eggs
  • Optional: fully cooked bacon pieces
  • ¼ milk
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch onion powder
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 8 oz shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil
  2. Place chopped bell peppers and onions into a bowl. Add the eggs, bacon, milk, and seasonings. Sprinkle in the cheese. Mix everything together.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
