Skillet Pork Chops with Apples & Onions
Ingredients
- 1-2 pork chops
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and sear in the skillet until browned. Remove from the pan.
- Add the onion and apple and cook until softened.
- Stir in the broth, thyme, and mustard.
- Return the pork chops, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
