Skillet Pork Chops with Apples & Onions

Ingredients
  • 1-2 pork chops
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and sear in the skillet until browned. Remove from the pan.
  2. Add the onion and apple and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the broth, thyme, and mustard.
  4. Return the pork chops, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
