Raspberry Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter melted OR ½ applesauce
- 1 cup raspberries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, stir in oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Then, add the brown sugar and stir.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla, butter, and eggs. Add the liquid to the oat mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the raspberries then pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
