Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves minced or 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Cut cauliflower into small florets and add to a large bowl.
- Toss with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour cauliflower onto a baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic over the cauliflower and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over top once finished.
