Lime Marinade For Chicken or Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 limes juiced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro, or a different herb you have available
- 4 cloves garlic minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for added heat)
- ½ tsp ground cumin
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour over raw chicken or vegetables and let marinate in the fridge overnight.
- Cook the chicken or vegetables to your liking.
