Lime Marinade For Chicken or Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 limes juiced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro, or a different herb you have available
  • 4 cloves garlic minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for added heat)
  • ½ tsp ground cumin

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour over raw chicken or vegetables and let marinate in the fridge overnight.
  3. Cook the chicken or vegetables to your liking.
