Lime-Black Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 diced avocado
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Toss to combine. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
