Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches kale
  • 5 cloves garlic minced or 1-2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Remove the stems from the kale and wash well. Allow kale to dry completely.
  3. Tear the kale into smaller pieces like chips and place in a bowl.
  4. Toss with olive oil, salt, and garlic then add to a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until crisp.
  6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over top.
