Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 2 bunches kale
- 5 cloves garlic minced or 1-2 Tbsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Remove the stems from the kale and wash well. Allow kale to dry completely.
- Tear the kale into smaller pieces like chips and place in a bowl.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, and garlic then add to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crisp.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over top.
