Greek Yogurt Marinade Chicken
Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 juice of a lemon
- 5 garlic cloves minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large ziplock bag, including the raw chicken. Seal the bag and let it sit in the fridge for 2-12 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Place chicken in a single layer on a cooking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Then broil on high for 2-3 minutes.
