Easy Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 lb fish fillets of your choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups of shredded cabbage or lettuce
  • ½ cup salsa or Pico de Gallo
  • ½ cup diced avocado or guacamole
  • Salt & pepper
  • Seasonings (Try chili powder, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder)
  • Lime wedges for serving
Directions
  1. Pat the fish dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub seasoning evenly over the fish.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side, until flat and opaque.
  3. Remove fish from the skillet and gently flake into bite-sized pieces with a fork.
  4. Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or wrap them in foil and warm in the oven for a few minutes.
  5. Add the fish to the tortillas, then top with cabbage, salsa, avocado, and lime juice.
