Creamy Beet Toast
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Bread
- 3 small beets, roasted
- olive oil
- vinegar
- cream cheese
- Toppings like sesame seeds, chives, salt, and pepper
Directions
- Toast bread slices.
- Toss 3 sliced roasted small beets with 2 tablespoons each vinegar and olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese on 4 slices toast. Top with the beets, toasted sesame seeds, chopped chives and salt.
