Classic French Raspberry Clafoutis
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar
- Salt
- 3 eggs
- Lemon zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp milk
- 3 cups raspberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a glass baking dish
- In a bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, and pinch of salt. Then whisk in the eggs, melted butter, and lemon zest until smooth. Add the milk and mix for 3 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the greased dish and top with the raspberries.
- Bake for 30 minutes until it is set and golden.
- Optional: dust with powdered sugar to serve.
