Cilantro Lime Salsa
Ingredients
- Use any vegetables desired for your salsa. Recommended vegetables to use include tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion. Mango or pineapple would be good fruits to add
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- Suggested seasonings: 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, ¼ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Chop all vegetables and add to a bowl. Add the lime juice, cilantro, and seasonings and toss.
- Allow to refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
