Cilantro Lime Salsa

Ingredients

  • Use any vegetables desired for your salsa. Recommended vegetables to use include tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion. Mango or pineapple would be good fruits to add
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • Suggested seasonings: 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, ¼ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Chop all vegetables and add to a bowl. Add the lime juice, cilantro, and seasonings and toss.
  2. Allow to refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
