Chicken Salad with Grapes
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken such as canned or pre made chicken
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup red grapes cut in half
- ½ cup celery diced
- Optional: ¼ cups chopped walnuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise , salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken, halved grapes, diced celery, chopped walnuts, and diced red onion. Stir well to combine.
- Serve on sandwiches with toasted bread, on lettuce wraps, or on top of a green salad.
