Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- ½ a large head of cauliflower
- Olive oil
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- ½ cup buffalo or hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut cauliflower into florets and add to a large bowl.
- Toss the florets with olive oil. Add the flour and garlic powder and evenly coat, then add the milk.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add the buffalo or hot sauce, evenly coating the cauliflower.
- Bake for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing!
