Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • ½ a large head of cauliflower
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ½ cup buffalo or hot sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets and add to a large bowl.
  3. Toss the florets with olive oil. Add the flour and garlic powder and evenly coat, then add the milk.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and add the buffalo or hot sauce, evenly coating the cauliflower.
  6. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing!
