Directions:

Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen mango chunks
½ banana
¼ cup milk or plant-based alternative
¼ cup yogurt
Optional squeeze of lime juice for brightness
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender, adding liquid slowly until desired consistency is reached.
