Joel retired from Kellanova in 2026 after 30 years of service, including the last 18 as Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to the Treasurer role, Joel held positions in Risk Management, Corporate Planning and Tax
Joel received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Calvin University and a master’s degree in finance from the Ross School of Business – University of Michigan.
He and his wife, Jackie, reside in Texas Township, Michigan. They have three adult. children. Joel has been the Treasurer and a board member of the Kellogg Company Twenty-Five Year Fund since 2009.
