Providing food as medicine.

We're partnering with Grace Health for the Fresh Food Pharmacy program to help our community manage chronic illnesses with free, nutritious foods!

This program delivers food boxes to clients' homes every two weeks. These boxes are full of fresh ingredients and recipes to make meals for the patients and their families! Along with healthy, delicious food, patients in this program also receive monthly health coaching support!

Much like other meal-kit programs, participants of the Fresh Food Pharmacy choose between several menu options to have a variety of meal boxes and recipes through the program. Here at the Food Bank, our registered dietitian, Amanda, curates these healthy boxes!

This program is a group effort — volunteers generously give their time to build these boxes and our team of drivers personally delivers each one to our clients!
