Michael is currently the Director of Hospitalty at Angel of the Winds Casino Resort, in Arlington WA. He spent 11 years with Firekeepers Casino Hotel as the VP of Food and Beverage and also held the position of Executive Chef at numerous great venues, including the MGM Mirage. A leader in his field, he is strongly commited to his philanthropic and community outreach projects.
